Security and Intel

A slight update on the last news item.

After discussing with Archer, I've now merged the Intel and the Security departments into one, and LCdr Archer is going to be moving over to be the new chief of security when we start posting again. This move was done partly as part of my long-standing aim to try and bring us down to the canon departments, but primarily because it allows us to a) work with a smaller crew, and b) involve Ms. Archer more easily in our missions going forwards. Any positions and NPCs previously assigned to the Intel department (that aren't specific to it, like CIO or ACIO) have been moved over to the Security Department.

In our mission briefings, Ms. Archer will continue her function as intel officer in terms of providing information and debriefings from Starfleet Intelligence reports (in the same manner that Data did on the Enterprise, and Worf on DS9)
