New Browsers Fix

I've just installed the bug fix that will make the JavaScript on the site load properly in the newest batch of non-IE browsers (FF4, the new Chrome, et al). That means any issues you've had with the drop-down menu button when you're logged in being mis-positioned, or the manifest not loading, or any of the other JavaScript-related bugs on the site should be fixed now, so long as you're using the primary (Iapetus) skin. I'll be cascading the bug fix out to the other site skin options shortly.

Also, kudos to Kuro, we have the brand-spanking new set of DS9 duty rank sets. Shiny!
