A new Cartographer!

No, I'm not playing Halo and getting the two mixed up...

I'd like to welcome aboard our latest addition in the form of Sean AKA Lieutenant JG C'trk Dzan, our new Stellar Cartographer! Sean has worked a very impressive amount of detail into Dzan's species in his biography, and I expect you all to go and take a look and read through it, so that you can react appropriately to any interactions that you have with his character, and also so that we can get such a detailed bio recognised!

Lt. Dzan will be joining my NPC Bonnie Myers in the Stellar Cartography department, but will of course be taking the senior role over her.
